About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Representative to provide top-notch technical support to our customers via email, SMS, and calls. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries and challenges. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space. Your work hours will be 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with your team to handle customer requests, questions, and challenges across all communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Utilize our comprehensive help articles and knowledge base to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, providing clear and concise solutions. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including hardware, software, and training solutions, to effectively address customer inquiries and technical issues. Foster strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and ensuring their needs are met, while also promoting our brand and services. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes, suggesting enhancements and innovations to better serve our customers and stay ahead in the industry. Required Skills and Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be a natural troubleshooter, problem-solver, and multitasker, with excellent written and oral communication skills. You should be able to learn technical concepts quickly and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills are essential, as you will be working closely with your team and interacting with customers daily. Experience with macOS and iOS is required, as our solutions are designed to integrate seamlessly with these platforms. Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is desirable, as it will enable you to hit the ground running and make the most of our customer management tools. Knowledge of dealership operations and auto dealer products is also desirable, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the necessary expertise to support our customers effectively. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or technology) preferred. Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical support or service environment.
