Your primary objectives will be to: * Handle daily customer service requests originating from clients and teammates * Communicate promptly and effectively to resolve client inquiries and concerns * Answer basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology * Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Previous, extensive customer service experience (at least 2 years) * Strong knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles and processes * Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms * Passion for health and wellness * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Work Environment and Schedule** As a member of our Remote Health Team, you will enjoy a flexible, remote work arrangement with a 5-day workweek.
