As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, answering questions, and resolving concerns related to health plan information and premium details. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound calls from health insurance members, providing accurate and helpful information about their health plans and premium details. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1+ year of customer service experience in a face-to-face, call center, retail, fast food, or other customer-engaging environment. Intermediate computer skills, with strong attention to detail and customer relations skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues. Resident of Florida, with the ability to work remotely. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a call center environment, handling inbound calls.
