About the Role As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients through various communication channels. This includes answering inbound calls, troubleshooting technical issues, managing our department's inbox, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of our team. We are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled in interpersonal communication and problem-solving but also has a strong familiarity with ticketing systems. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease in our dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by answering internal and external client inquiries through phone, chat, tickets, and email, ensuring timely and professional resolutions to their queries and issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, utilizing your technical knowledge and people skills to deliver solutions that meet our high standards of customer satisfaction. Manage the department inbox, ensuring that all communications are addressed promptly and efficiently. Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease, and maintaining a high level of performance even in challenging situations. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have an Associate degree or at least 2 years of experience in customer support or client relations. The ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times, is essential. You must be able to provide GREAT customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of our customers, and have a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications: Associate degree or 2 years of experience in customer support or client relations. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours as required. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose iterative solutions clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new technologies and skills, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with ticketing systems and familiarity with technical troubleshooting. Experience working in a 24x7x365 operation, or similar fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong technical knowledge, balanced with excellent people skills, to provide effective support and solutions to customers. Certifications or additional education in customer service, communications, or a related field.
