About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, representing our automotive dealer clients in a positive and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to provide top-notch support to customers via online chat, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for capturing customer contact information, scheduling appointments, and summarizing interactions to ensure seamless communication with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a thorough understanding of our offerings
Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers are connected with our clients in a timely and efficient manner
Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients have access to valuable customer data
Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing actionable insights that drive business growth

Qualifications and Requirements
