**Overview**
As a Customer Support Representative on our Intuit TurboTax program, you'll be responsible for providing customer support via phone, chat, and/or video chat. Your interactions will focus on software navigation, locating previous tax returns, and resolving any issues customers may encounter. **Schedule**
* **Seasonal contract**: This contract runs through April 15th, 2024.
* **Flexible scheduling**: Create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best.
* **Available hours**: Schedule available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday.
* **Weekday and weekend options**: Enjoy the flexibility of working on weekends and weekdays.
**Compensation**
* **Earn up to $19 per hour**: With the potential to earn up to $19 per hour, you'll be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
* **Peak rates**: Earn higher rates during peak times (January - April) and non-peak times.
