**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate information about arenaflex products and services
* Processing customer requests, such as policy changes and claims
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
* Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and targets

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

* First call resolution rate: 80% or higher
* Customer satisfaction rating: 90% or higher
* Average handling time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
* After-call work (ACW) time: 2 minutes or less

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Resilient and driven personality traits
* Soft skills in negotiation and analysis
* No prior experience required (but a willingness to learn and grow is essential)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous customer service experience in the insurance industry (a plus, but not required)
* Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus)
