About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats, utilizing active listening and basic medical terminology to assist customers effectively.
Address inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Handle technical issues and maintain accurate records of interactions, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service or call center experience.
A quiet, private home workspace with wired high-speed internet, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively.
1+ year of customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office and computer setup, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

Healthcare industry experience, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of the medical field.
Post-secondary education, with a focus on customer service, communications, or a related field.
Bilingual (Spanish/English), with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Work Schedule
