Key Responsibilities:

Summarize product feedback from merchants and suggest innovative ways to improve our products, contributing to our ongoing quest for excellence
Collaborate on non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, leveraging your skills and interests to drive business growth


Essential Qualifications:

Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
A genuine passion for helping people and resolving problems, with a patient and empathetic approach
Ability to handle challenging customers with professionalism and poise, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes
Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Availability to overlap with our team for at least 4 hours, between GMT+7 9am-6pm, to ensure seamless collaboration and support

Background in B2B SaaS, with knowledge of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space
Proficiency in additional languages, such as French, Spanish, or Italian, to support our diverse customer base
Other skills that can benefit a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or design, with a willingness to share your expertise and learn from others
