Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers via live chat or email to resolve issues and address concerns in a timely and professional manner Continuously update your knowledge of our app's features and the broader Shopify ecosystem to provide accurate and helpful support Collect and summarize product feedback from merchants, using this insight to suggest innovative ways to improve our products and services Engage in non-customer support related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests Collaborate with the team to build and refine our customer support system and processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our company values Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to possess superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
