Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our state-of-the-art customer relationship management (CRM) system Provide information about our products and services, answering questions and offering recommendations to meet our customers' needs Work closely with team members to achieve performance targets, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, qualifications, and personal qualities.
