Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) division, helping individuals navigate their pharmacy benefit plans and providing expert guidance on medication coverage, mail-order solutions, and more. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, delivering heart-driven support that exceeds our members' expectations and sets us apart from the rest.
