Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to manage client and member inquiries, technical issues, recommendations, feedback, and questions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients and members have a positive experience with Blithequark. This is a full-time or part-time contract position, and we're looking for someone who is available to work weekdays and can be the primary point of contact during those hours. Key Responsibilities Respond to and engage with all members through website chat, email, and text in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and support. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the member's question or complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve all inquiries and tickets efficiently, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Chat with new or potential members on our website to increase engagement and utilization, providing them with information about our services and offerings. Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them, prioritizing customer needs and ensuring timely resolution. Answer questions and forward requests from our concierge line, working closely with the Content and Marketing team to manage expectations for custom Blithequark sessions. Gather member feedback and share it with Blithequark stakeholders, helping us to continuously improve and refine our services. Maintain strong communication with clients and follow up to ensure that all inquiries are resolved, providing a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications 1-2+ years of relevant work experience in customer support or a related field. Availability Monday-Friday, with a strong commitment to working during these hours. Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure conversations and provide exceptional customer service. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects at one time and prioritize customer needs effectively. High level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to providing a positive and supportive experience for our clients and members. Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience using HubSpot or a similar customer relationship management (CRM) tool. Experience working in a similar industry or field, with a strong understanding of the skills development and education sectors. Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field.
