Key Responsibilities: Where You Will Shine
Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and effective solutions.
Offer accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services through online chat interactions.
Skillfully extract appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact details for lead generation.
Summarize customer interactions based on their needs, ensuring seamless client review and follow-up.
Continuously develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge base of our evolving products and services.

Essential Qualifications
Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong capacity to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Flexibility to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday, between 10am-6:30pm CST.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is highly valued.
Gaming experience or a proven ability to multitask, which can enhance your performance in handling multiple chat interactions.
