Key Responsibilities Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and effective solutions. Offer accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services through online chat, ensuring customers are well-informed. Skillfully gather appointment information to schedule appointments and maximize lead generation opportunities. Capture and record customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring seamless follow-up. Summarize interactions based on customer needs, providing valuable insights for client review and future improvements. Continuously develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying ahead of the curve. Essential Qualifications While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is a plus, it's not a necessity. We're looking for individuals with: Basic proficiency in using the internet and Windows-based computer applications.
