**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing order processing for customers using proprietary order-entry systems
* Working with customers, sales reps, and sales management over the phone and email to resolve issues and provide product information
* Handling incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues promptly
* Demonstrating strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Working with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems
* Processing purchase orders and order restocking of inventory
* Ensuring timely and accurate order processing
* Maintaining relationships, gathering feedback, and following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
* Answering pricing and product inquiries
* Executing contract maintenance and informing customers of pricing contract changes
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner
* Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook (preferred)
* Great follow-up skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
* Self-starter mentality
* Effective working in teams to achieve the department's objectives
* The ability to analyze situations and resolve problems (e.g., consolidating shipments from various suppliers and ensuring documentation for export is correct)
