**Your Role in arenaflex**
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and resolution for our clients, residents, and vendors. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to messages from vendors, clients, and residents, and taking actions to move work orders towards completion (40% of day)
* Making outbound phone calls to vendors to confirm their capacity and ability to complete jobs within the required timeframe (20% of day)
* Conducting outbound resident communications via phone, email, and text (20% of day)
* Qualifying work orders by checking for duplicates, vendor warranties, client direction, and resident responsibility (10% of day)
* Handling inbound calls from residents, vendors, and clients (5% of day)
* Participating in team meetings with a focus on team building, open forums, and policy updates (5% of day)
**What We're Looking For**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* Critical thinking skills to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions
* Fast-paced decision-making abilities, with the capacity to complete 100-120 follow-up tasks per day
* Attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures, as measured by a weekly quality assurance check
* Resourcefulness in referencing our internal knowledge base for client-specific business rules and seeking guidance from management and other departments when needed
* A high level of care for our partners, including residents, clients, and vendors
* Adaptability to change on a weekly basis due to client needs or updates to our technology
* A high school diploma is required, with an Associates or Undergraduate degree preferred
