**Job Summary**

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting all components of the order process, from quote and order placement to shipment and post-delivery needs. You'll interact with customers through various communication mediums and settings, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries and concerns. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

* Interacting with customers in a polite and professional manner via incoming and outgoing phone calls, email, chat (text and video), face-to-face communication, and other channels as assigned
* Supporting all components of the order process, including order entry, return process, and customer inquiries
* Analyzing information received from the customer and exercising independent problem-solving to deliver successful resolutions
* Representing arenaflex during meetings and potentially at conventions/exhibits/events as requested
* Continually obtaining and retaining product knowledge to support customer needs
* Preparing various information and reports as requested
* Assisting in various departmental projects as requested

**Qualifications/Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent is required
* Previous customer-facing experience is preferred but not required
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to adhere to processes and procedures
* Successful in working both within a team and/or independently
* Problem solver with a great customer service attitude
* Accuracy with a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, and percentages
* Confident using a variety of computer applications
* Ability to be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation, including the ability to walk, balance, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, and stoop
