Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer care and support via phone, email, or chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Manage and maintain a clean and well-stocked "department" (virtual or otherwise), ensuring that all necessary supplies are available and easily accessible. Order supplies as needed, maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking. Meet framing deadlines and quality standards, creating custom frames for artwork, embroidery, and cross-stitch pieces that meet customer expectations. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new releases, promotions, and company initiatives. Utilize basic computer skills to manage customer interactions, track orders, and perform other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., fine arts, business, or communications). Experience with custom framing, picture framing, or a related field. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide friendly, helpful, and professional support to customers. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications as needed. Reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Ability to provide past work references upon request. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, particularly in the art supplies or home decor industry. Knowledge of art supplies, framing techniques, and related products. Visual merchandising experience, with the ability to create visually appealing displays and arrangements. Familiarity with company operations, policies, and procedures.
