**Your Role in Our Mission**
As a Customer Support Agent - Healthcare - Remote US, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to inbound calls from healthcare providers, answering questions and resolving issues related to enrollment, claims, policy, and other healthcare-related topics
* Researching customer inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in a timely manner
* Processing calls accurately and efficiently, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded
* Collaborating with team members, management, customers, and clients to resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria
* Staying up-to-date on industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service trends to maintain a state-of-the-art Contact Center
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and with accountability for self-time management
* Ability to follow oral and written directions
**What You Can Expect in This Role**
* Full-time (40 hours a week) position with the possibility of shift work and overtime when necessary
* Remote work from home with a minimum broadband internet connection speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload

**Compensation**
