Collaborate with internal teams, including Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and Revenue Cycle, to ensure seamless service delivery
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to improve customer experiences
Work independently, as well as part of a team, to accomplish multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Operate office equipment, including multi-lined phones, printers, faxes, copiers, and scanners, to perform job duties
Maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and/or Revenue Cycle, or related fields
Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize assignments, and work within standardized operating procedures
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Knowledge of customer billing, and revenue cycle processes
