**About the Role:**

As an arenaflex At-Home Support Expert, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients while working remotely. This role is perfect for individuals who are tech-savvy, have excellent communication skills, and can think on their feet. You'll engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve technical issues related to arenaflex products, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat to resolve technical issues related to arenaflex products
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

**About You:**

We're looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals who can thrive in a dynamic environment. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* To be enrolled as a student at a U.S.-based university, pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher
* A quiet home workspace with an ergonomic chair and desk
* A hard-wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps
* Availability to work five weeks of full-time paid training on a set schedule totaling 40 hours per week
* Flexibility to adjust weekly hours when school is not in session based on business needs
* The ability to meet the minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers
* Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training
* A GPA of 2.7 or higher

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., computer science, communications, business)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in arenaflex products and services
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a home-based or remote environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
* Certification in a related field (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL)
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
