**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients, working closely with our Onboarding team to ensure a successful go-live experience
* Providing product know-how and training to clients, educating them on company activities and initiatives, and helping them utilize our solutions to achieve their business objectives
* Acting as a client advocate and consultant, providing guidance and support throughout the customer journey to ensure their success and satisfaction
* Identifying and escalating potential issues that may impact customer satisfaction or retention, working closely with our management team and other departments to resolve these issues
* Collaborating with our Finance department to ensure timely renewals and outstanding balances for assigned clients
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer details and contacts data in our CRM system
* Reporting potential churn cases to management, identifying remedies to avoid and eliminate churn, and working with our IT, Finance, and Sales teams to implement solutions
* Participating in customer success initiatives, such as exhibitions, client meetings, and new product launches, to promote arenaflex's solutions and services
* Communicating business requirements and functional needs to our Success Management team, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients
* Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, reviewing and testing updates to ensure that you're always aligned with our latest features and capabilities
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex's solutions and services to our clients, increasing their lifetime value and promoting our apps, services, and 3rd-party integrations
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science
* Excellent communication skills, with English as a must
* Prior experience in dealing with customers, preferably in the F&B industry
* Knowledge of Cloud POS/ERP systems is a plus
* Strong multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
* A self-starter mindset, with a desire to work in a fast-paced, fun, and demanding environment
