**The Job**
As a Customer Success Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be the frontline for customer support inquiries across multiple channels, including email, phone, live chat, and Slack. You'll work closely with our Product team to resolve issues, provide guidance, and troubleshoot problems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Serving as the frontline for customer support inquiries**: Respond to customer outreach across multiple channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions and concerns.
* **Working through creative solutions to complex problems**: Develop innovative solutions to effectively answer customer questions, provide guidance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and route feedback.
* **Managing a queue of open issues**: Deliver timely and effective solutions to customers, escalating issues when necessary.
* **Communicating bugs and user feedback to our Product team**: Provide valuable insights and feedback to our Product team to help us improve our product and processes.
* **Helping with customer retention and contributing recommendations for improving our product and processes**: Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new solutions.
