Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for supporting client success and resolving moderately complex requests or issues from clients regarding financial products and services. You will work closely with clients through various channels, including phone, email, chat, video chat, and other lines of communication. Your primary goal will be to provide a world-class client experience while adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Key Responsibilities Support client success and resolve moderately complex requests or issues from clients regarding financial products and services Perform routine tasks such as responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a top-tier client experience Routinely receive guidance from management, escalate questions, and refer more difficult issues to staff Conduct analysis to resolve moderately complex client issues, including consulting with different departments for issue resolution Collaborate with experienced representatives on difficult issues Be responsible for training new hires and less experienced staff Respond to inquiries and issues from clients in a timely and professional manner Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service, with at least 3+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing the needs of clients or resolving client issues. A Bachelor's degree is also required. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
