We're looking for innovative and proactive interns who are ready to hit the ground running and take on significant responsibility. **Customer Success & Operations – Paid Internship:** As a Customer Success & Operations intern, you'll work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure our customers have a memorable and seamless experience with arenaflex. You'll troubleshoot customer issues using premium technology solutions to manage live chat, ticketing, and inbound telephone inquiries. You'll also have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our product, develop problem-solving skills, and hone your inbound sales skills to improve the overall arenaflex brand. Additionally, you'll be responsible for aiding in the operational efforts during our largest B2B renewal season. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in roles in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Operations, as you'll receive direct exposure to these functions. The internship will run from Monday, October 9th to Friday, February 2nd, and can be entirely remote or hybrid, with the option to work from our WeWork location in New York City. **Compensation and Benefits:** Our internship pays $15 per hour, providing you with a competitive stipend for your hard work and dedication.
