**Experienced Customer Success Manager – Warehouse Automation and Robotics Solutions**

We're now seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our U.S.-based customers. As a dynamic and high-visibility role, this position will provide an opportunity to work with all technical groups within arenaflex and possess a unique combination of well-developed project management, training, leadership, and relationship management experience. **About the Role:** In this exciting position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at customer sites, ensuring seamless functionality, and driving process improvements. You will act as the primary contact for resolving escalated technical issues, assist with warehouse mapping, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades, and manage change requests to keep all stakeholders informed of schedule and budget impacts.
