As an Experienced Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Leading client onboarding calls and ensuring a seamless entry onto our Kyra platform
* Tailoring deployment strategies to fit each client's unique circumstances and goals
* Proactively addressing client challenges and preventing churn through proactive communication and issue resolution
* Driving end-to-end account growth and cultivating upsell opportunities through strategic planning and execution
* Analyzing campaign performance and uncovering insights for future strategies through data-driven decision making
* Acting as a trusted advisor and showcasing the value of our platform to clients through expert guidance and support
* Translating client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams to drive continuous improvement
* Managing client invoicing and reporting with attention to detail and accuracy

**What We Require (Qualifications)**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in client service management within an influencer agency or a related industry
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders
* A positive attitude and ability to maintain client relationships during challenging times, with a focus on empathy and solution-focused communication
* A college degree or equivalent educational background, with a strong foundation in business, marketing, or a related field
