**Job Summary**

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic execution of plans and initiatives that have a direct impact on clients and businesses. You will work closely with Amazon's top seller partners, influencing cycles and plans across their organizations on Amazon.com and improving the end-client experience. Your commitment, relationship-building, and analytical skills are essential to fostering a trusted advisor relationship that guides and influences merchants to achieve their key and strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon's top seller partners, understanding their business needs and goals
* Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business outcomes
* Provide information-driven, critical insights to guide and influence merchant decisions
* Ensure high functional principles are maintained, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
* Identify and develop opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

**Essential Qualifications**

* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or business development capacity
* Proven track record of driving business growth and improving client satisfaction
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a similar role within Amazon or a similar e-commerce company
* Knowledge of Amazon's products and services, as well as the e-commerce industry as a whole
* Experience with data analysis and market research tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Salesforce
* Certification in a related field, such as sales or business development
