Why Your Role is Important As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our paying customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively. Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, making you a crucial part of our team. You will build long-term relationships with our clients, proactively mitigate risks of churn, and ensure seamless onboarding by coordinating efforts with Sales Engineers and Account Executives. Your ability to deliver a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales will be essential in maintaining high customer satisfaction and consistently gathering positive customer feedback. Key Responsibilities Your role will be multifaceted, with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction, driving expansion revenue, operational efficiency, and project management. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Serving as the primary point of contact for paying customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively Building long-term relationships and proactively mitigating risks of churn Ensuring seamless onboarding by coordinating efforts with Sales Engineers and Account Executives Maintaining high customer satisfaction and consistently gathering positive customer feedback Collaborating with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and other teams to identify and execute upsell opportunities Analyzing customer usage data to identify growth opportunities and crafting targeted strategies Managing a portfolio of paying accounts, ensuring timely responses and resolution of most inquiries Optimizing workflows, processes, and documentation to scale support operations effectively Tracking and improving key support KPIs, including response times, resolution times, and churn rate Taking ownership of onboarding processes, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new accounts Coordinating cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding and support workflows Developing structured workflows and enforcing timelines for customer success projects About You To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer success, project management, or related roles within SaaS, DevTools, or cloud infrastructure. You should have: 5+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or related roles Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships, drive upsell opportunities, and execute operational processes efficiently Familiarity with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS tools (a plus) Empathy, adaptability, and a growth mindset, with a passion for building strong customer relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze customer usage data and craft targeted strategies Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) What You'll Get at blithequark At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive range of benefits and perks to support your career growth and well-being.
