We're on the hunt for a seasoned Customer Success Manager who can leverage their expertise in API integration, upselling, and cross-selling to drive client success and expand the value of our offerings. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you'll build and maintain strong relationships, identify opportunities to enhance their operations, and provide hands-on support to ensure they maximize the potential of our platform. **Key Responsibilities**

* **Client Engagement**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships that foster trust, loyalty, and long-term success.
* **API Integration**: Assist clients in seamlessly connecting and utilizing APIs for their property management needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
* **Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Identify and promote additional solutions to existing clients to enhance their operations, drive revenue growth, and expand the value of our offerings.
* **Onboarding and Training**: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and maximize the platform's offerings, and providing ongoing support to address any questions or concerns.
* **Support Visits**: Occasionally visit client locations to provide hands-on support, training, and relationship-building, fostering a deeper understanding of their needs and preferences.
* **Feedback Loop**: Collaborate with internal teams to provide client feedback and influence product development, ensuring our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

**Qualifications**

* **Minimum 2 years of professional experience**, with at least 1 year in a SaaS environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
* **Proven experience in API integration and technical troubleshooting**, with a track record of successfully resolving complex technical issues and implementing seamless API connections.
* **Strong track record of upselling and cross-selling within a B2B environment**, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
* **Experience in the hospitality software, property technology, or similar industries**, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
* **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills**, with a client-first approach that prioritizes building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences.
* **Willingness to travel occasionally** to client locations, with a flexible mindset and a commitment to providing hands-on support and training.

**Preferred Skills**

* **Familiarity with property management software or IoT-based solutions**, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
