We are dedicated to transforming how businesses optimize their advertising on these platforms, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our fast-growing team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional support, guidance, and value from our platform. You will serve as the main point of contact post-sale, working closely with clients to maximize the value of our solutions and help them achieve their business objectives. Your expertise in Amazon and Walmart ads will enable you to provide valuable insights and advice to our clients, driving their success and satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** • **Customer Support & Advocacy**: Provide exceptional support for client inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, and advocate for customer needs to improve our product and service offerings. • **Client Relationship Building**: Develop strong, ongoing relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, ensuring clients are satisfied, engaged, and receive continuous value from our platform. • **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to provide feedback, share customer insights, and ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints. • **Product Updates & Education**: Keep clients informed about new features, product enhancements, and industry trends, and educate them on best practices to maximize the value of our solutions. • **Onboarding & Training**: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition, and conduct training sessions to help clients effectively use our platform. • **Industry Expertise**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eCommerce advertising, providing clients with valuable insights and advice. • **Account Health & Retention**: Monitor customer health, proactively identify potential issues, and take action to ensure clients continue to get value from our platform. • **Renewals & Upselling**: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account renewals, upselling, or cross-selling new features. • **Metrics & Reporting**: Track and report on key customer success metrics, such as customer health, engagement, satisfaction, and retention. **Qualifications** • **1+ year of experience** in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the SaaS or eCommerce space. • **Strong understanding** of eCommerce advertising (especially Amazon and Walmart ads) and experience in a customer-facing role with a technical product. • **Exceptional communication** and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels. • **Strong problem-solving skills**, with the ability to think critically and take initiative to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction. • **Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously** while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. • **Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently** with minimal supervision in a remote environment. • **Familiarity with CRM systems** and customer success tools (e.g., Hubspot, Intercom) is a plus. • **Bachelor's degree** in Business or a related field. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, you'll join a fast-growing team dedicated to transforming how brands and agencies optimize their advertising on Amazon and Walmart.
