Our investors have a proven track record of backing and building successful startups, and we're excited to continue this momentum. **Role Overview** As a Customer Success Lead at arenaflex, you'll join our team at an exciting time of growth and expansion. We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of nurturing customers, managing teams, and driving growth. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Managing and scaling the Customer Success team, building on our existing processes and optimizing for growth * Creating and nurturing existing and new relationships with our customer base to create trust, delight, and long-term advocacy * Getting to know our customers and their needs as we expand to new markets and products * Building an account management structure to quickly grow the account management team so members can understand each customer's unique circumstances and goals * Onboarding new accounts and building on our existing onboarding process to create a high-paced, automated onboarding process that customers love * Owning retention targets and driving customer advocacy, while working with sales to identify account expansion * Collaborating with product and engineering to champion customer feedback and improve our product **About You** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with 2+ years of experience leading and managing a Customer Success team in a SaaS company or startup * A proven track record of nurturing customers, with a strong understanding of customer needs and pain points * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively * Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Intercom, Sendgrid, and Retool * A passion for helping customers and colleagues succeed and thrive, with a focus on fostering a culture of mutual support and collaboration * A willingness to learn and adapt quickly, with a growth mindset and a desire to continuously improve and expand your knowledge **Our Values Resonate with You** At arenaflex, we're guided by a set of core values that shape our culture and approach to business.
