We're responsible for digitizing food service distributors with our AI technology, making it easier for them to run a more profitable and less wasteful business. **The Role & Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our vendor partners. Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in executing successful implementations for our vendor partners, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction * Collaborating with CSMs on partnership execution, taking initiative and ownership where appropriate to further improve our vendors' experience * Supporting CSMs across the whole partnership lifecycle, from pre-implementation data handling to post-implementation day-to-day troubleshooting and requests * Assisting in preparing training materials to guide partners through a seamless onboarding process * Training our Choco AI model by processing orders before a partnership launch to ensure high accuracy levels and set up our partnerships for success **Who We're Looking For** We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer success.
