Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working weekend evening shifts from Friday to Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat. You will be the face of our brand, and your goal will be to make every customer interaction a positive and memorable one.
Key Responsibilities
Answer any and all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
Access to a consistently stable internet connection
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
Creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
