**Experienced Customer Solutions Architect – Enterprise Microsoft 365 Deployment and Transformation Expert**

We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to creating a workplace where everyone can succeed. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging and developing relationships with select blithequark enterprise customers to ensure they get the full value of their Microsoft 365 investment. * Providing trusted technical guidance and best practices to help customers design and deploy their Microsoft 365 plans, overcoming hesitancy and gaining commitment to move forward. * Coordinating with blithequark's scale resources and partners to deliver the customer's plan, resolving any escalations or delays. * Serving as the chief deployment coordinator, demonstrating both technical and project governance capabilities. * Identifying customer deployment, revenue, and transformation opportunities through consistent evaluation of the customer environment. * Engaging with customer business and technical leaders, coordinating with customer account teams and partners, and delivering briefings on relevant technical solutions and strategies. **Embodying our Culture & Values** At blithequark, we're committed to a culture of inclusion, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As a Customer Solutions Architect, you'll be expected to embody our values, including: * A growth mindset, always seeking new opportunities for growth and learning. * A passion for innovation, driving business transformation and delivering exceptional customer experiences. * A commitment to inclusion, creating a workplace where everyone can thrive. * A focus on customer satisfaction, delivering value and exceeding expectations. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in technical program/product management, coding, software development/delivery work. * OR equivalent experience. * 1+ year of technical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including intermediate-level proficiency across the suite and proficient-level knowledge of at least one workload (e.g., management or security). * 1+ year of experience explaining technical scenarios, roadmap, key solutions, and technical architectures supported by Microsoft 365. * 1+ year of experience with Microsoft 365 planning and deployment with enterprise customers. **Other Requirements** * Ability to meet blithequark's, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including: + Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. + Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport. **Preferred Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in technical program/product management, coding, software development/delivery work. * 3+ years of technical consulting, IT administration, support, project management, customer success management, or related work. * Enterprise-scale experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management. * Proficient customer communication skills and ability to collaborate within and outside of blithequark. * Ability to explain key solutions and technical architectures in Microsoft 365 and associated technologies. * Proven track record delivering on team revenue or usage targets. * Ability to travel up to 25%. * 1+ year of customer-facing experience. **Compensation and Benefits** The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
