**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you will:
* Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
* Help customers resolve technical issues and answer product/service-related questions
* Assist in correcting billing concerns and resolving customer complaints
* Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
**Your Qualifications**
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
* 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
* Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office
* Ability to utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day-to-day and pass technical assessments to show those skills
