We're an equal opportunities employer and proud to welcome applications from all backgrounds and embrace diversity within our one blithequark Family. **The Role** As a Customer Services Advisor, you'll be working on customers' vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, helping us deliver a wide range of fitting services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing. You'll be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves our stores with a smile * Providing expert advice on motoring and cycling products and services * Working on customers' vehicles and bikes, using your problem-solving skills to resolve any issues * Meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of our business * Working on a rota basis, including weekends, to ensure our stores are always fully staffed **What We Offer** We invest heavily in training to give our colleagues the skills they need to develop their careers.
