**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service & Tutor at arenaflex, you will:
* Provide proactive contact and guidance to families, ensuring they receive the best possible results from our online program
* Maintain regular contact with families, checking in on progress and adjusting programs where necessary
* Monitor and adjust weekly lesson plans to align with our families' goals
* Provide feedback, rewards, and encouragement to students
* Listen out for ways to support parents, updating account information, and ensuring everyone is working towards the same goals
* Respond to inbound calls from students seeking extra assistance with arenaflex content
* Utilize step-by-step solutions in the arenaflex program to focus on a positive student experience
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Confidence and maturity to speak with parents about their child's progress
* Confidence dealing with escalations in a professional manner
* Strong organization and administration skills, with attention to detail
* Experience in a fast-paced environment working with multiple IT platforms
* Ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement
* Strong understanding of Math, ideally to grade 12
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, tutoring experience or a teaching qualification will be highly regarded, as part of your role involves giving guidance to students.
