**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Team Member at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Operating point of sale and shipping software, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions
* Assisting with print and scan services, including passport photos and fingerprint scanning
* Sorting and distributing mail for mailbox customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
* Performing other duties as assigned, including package and shipping services
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
* Basic typing and computer skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer transactions
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to lift at least 40+ pounds, with the ability to stand for long periods and move around the workspace
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

* Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
* Knowledge of point of sale and shipping software
* Experience with print and scan services, including passport photos and fingerprint scanning
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
