At least 2-5 years of experience in leading a customer service team, with a proven track record of success in driving customer satisfaction and team performance. Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian is highly desirable, with bonus languages including Dutch, German, Polish, Czech, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, Portuguese, Romanian, Greek, Hungarian, Slovak, and Bulgarian.Experience with Zendesk and digital family apps is a significant plus, demonstrating familiarity with customer service software and platforms. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a remote team to achieve exceptional results.
