Job Overview In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls and voicemails from providers and applicants, addressing a wide range of inquiries and concerns related to application status, Medicaid provider numbers, compliance reviews, and other enrollment-related topics. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will enable you to provide accurate and timely support, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and contributing to the achievement of our team and business goals. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls and voicemails on the provider relations line, handling inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Create accurate and detailed call logs in our system, summarizing contact details and outcomes for providers and applicants Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a commitment to meeting the needs of our clients and promoting a positive experience Support team and business goals for enrollment support and customer service, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives Assist with other tasks as needed, including document uploads and other administrative duties Exercise independent judgment, based on policy and procedure, to resolve issues and address client concerns Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving client concerns Bachelor's degree and 2 years of paid experience, or 36 months of experience and a minimum of 2 years of paid experience working with critical care providers, public health providers, or providers that care for children, older adults, persons with traumatic brain injury, or persons with developmental disabilities One year of experience must have included provider monitoring, Medicaid or third-party payer provider billing, or provider training One year of experience must have been in a home health program, community health program, hospital, private practice, publicly funded institution, long-term care program, mental health program, community-based social service program, or any other program addressing the needs of special populations Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet skills Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet deadlines and adhere to established standards Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software applications used in customer service and enrollment support Knowledge of Medicaid and third-party payer provider billing, as well as provider training and monitoring Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills : ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both verbally and in writing, with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders Customer service skills : ability to provide exceptional customer service, resolving client concerns and addressing needs in a professional and courteous manner Attention to detail : ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail, even in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Time management skills : ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines Technical skills : proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet skills, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and systems Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, providing opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
