As a remote customer service specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Specialist II, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and the Animal Services - Pet Services team.
