Job Description Summary As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in managing our supply chain relationships with valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring seamless order management, resolving issues promptly, and guaranteeing timely delivery and accurate invoicing. You'll have the opportunity to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to identify order trends and drive efficiency for our customers and blithequark. Additionally, you'll navigate various software environments to process customer orders and provide exceptional support to our Regional Sales Managers. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of supply chain relationships with assigned customers, including receipt of purchase orders and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise. Establish and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external customers, including Regional Sales Managers, Brokers, Warehousing, Transportation, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Finance, IT, and more. Utilize SAP order management system to process customer orders, complete order changes, and monitor compliance of all assigned accounts. Proactively identify order trends and patterns that will drive efficiency for customers and blithequark. Audit pricing on customer orders to ensure alignment with blithequark's SAP system, working with RSM, Brokers, and Finance to correct discrepancies. Process customer orders, including sample requests, donation orders, and return orders. Support RSM requests for samples, product availability, filling out customer forms, and delivery inquiries. Liaise with Commercial Master Data and Sales to edit, add, and inactive customer entities in SAP. Navigate three distinct software environments: SAP, 3rd Party Logistics, and SPS Commerce. Qualifications and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need: 3-5 years of Customer Service experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) setting or a similar role in supply chain or logistics. A bachelor's degree is preferred, although additional experience will be considered in place of a degree. Proficiency in SAP order-to-invoice processing and reporting, as well as intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, as well as experience in account management and business development. The ability to gain the trust and respect of management, coworkers, and brokers. Maintenance of the integrity of confidential business and product information. Effective communication and development of good working relationships with other employees to accomplish goals and objectives of the department. Working Conditions and Benefits This is a full remote job, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours, with at least 40 hours per week. You can expect a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000, along with a 5% bonus.
