**Position Overview**

As the first point of contact for our customers and sales representatives, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

* Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring follow-through to shipment
* Providing timely and professional support to customers and sales representatives
* Working closely with the sales, art, and shipping teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
* Assisting the national sales team with inquiries, product availability, and order tracking

* 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, and order processing

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as a high level of learning and navigating complex software interfaces
* Experience working collaboratively across remote teams in a remote environment

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school or equivalent (Required)
* 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, and order processing
