We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our remote team in San Antonio, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries for clients in the SAT industry. This role requires a high level of professionalism, dedication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by our clients, ensuring that customers receive the best possible solutions to their needs. * Exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain a patient demeanor while assisting customers, even in high-pressure situations. * Document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records of customer communications, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date. * Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery and efficiency, sharing best practices and ideas to drive continuous improvement. * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) is preferred. * A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. * Proficiency in using computer systems and applications, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms and software systems. * Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion. * Willingness to work in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions. * Experience in the contact center industry is advantageous, with knowledge of industry trends and best practices. **Technical Requirements:** * A laptop or desktop PC (not a Mac, Surface, or Chromebook) with Windows 10, with a dedicated internet connection and a reliable web browser. * Direct ethernet connection for internet access is mandatory, with a minimum upload and download speed of 10 Mbps. * USB headset (not wireless) featuring noise-canceling capabilities, with a built-in microphone and speaker. * A functioning webcam (external or built-in) for video communication, with a minimum resolution of 720p. **Benefits:** * Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) with comprehensive coverage and competitive premiums. * Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) with a minimum coverage of $50,000. * Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) with a minimum of 10 days per year. * Training & Development opportunities, including on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring. * Work From Home flexibility, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions. **Compensation:** * Competitive salary of $26,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement. * Bonus structure based on performance metrics, with a minimum bonus of 5% of annual salary. **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
