**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
* Upgrading or resubscribing their services, delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives
* Delivering productivity results, including contacts per hour, sales per hour, and accuracy, that meet client performance objectives
* Adhering to standard contact procedures, building relationships, and overcoming prospect objections
* Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* To be a North Carolina resident
* A private and secure workspace at home, free from background noise or distractions
* Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service experience (highly preferred)
* Professional vocabulary and excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Assertive and quick thinking
* Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
* Prior work-from-home call center experience (a plus!)
* Good computer skills
