Your key responsibilities will include: * Identifying and escalating potential risks associated with customer interactions, such as suspicious activity or potential security threats * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies * Providing expert guidance and support to customer service representatives to ensure they're equipped to handle complex customer issues * Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce risk * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management and customer service **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills and experience. Here are the essential qualifications we're looking for: * 2+ years of experience in a customer service or risk management role, preferably in the ecommerce or financial services industry * Proven track record of identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with customer interactions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions * Experience with risk management frameworks and methodologies, such as COSO or NIST * Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices **Preferred Qualifications** While the essential qualifications above are non-negotiable, we're also looking for candidates who possess some or all of the following preferred qualifications: * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools * Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and payment systems * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Certification in risk management or a related field, such as CRMP or CIRM * Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken in high-growth markets **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills and competencies.
