As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and that their needs are met through multiple channels. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide support and assistance to customers through multiple channels, including web contacts, Live Chat, and social media * Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex's products and services * Collaborate with the team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded * Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues * Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Meet and exceed performance targets and metrics **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software * DBS clearance and eligibility to work in the UK **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a similar role at a local authority or council * Knowledge of digital services and platforms * Experience with social media and online engagement * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends * Fluency in Welsh or other languages **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
