If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Job Role:** As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include: * Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information * Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates * Routing technicians based on location, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery * Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team * Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and concerns * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and addressing complaints in a professional and courteous manner **Schedule:** Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will work a flexible schedule, with the following commitments: * Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break * Monday to Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break (excluding Wednesdays) **Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year in a similar position * The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and work independently * Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan) with precision and attention to detail **Remote Work Requirements:** As a remote worker, you'll need to provide: * High-speed internet access * A quiet workspace with minimal background noise * A dedicated laptop and cell phone will be provided by blithequark **Benefits and Culture:** At blithequark, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment that supports your growth and well-being.
